Workouts

How Do They Work?

Our workouts are 1 hour in length where the athlete will go through a series of drills that target the specific parts of the athletes game they want to develop. These drills are modern, useful, and game-specific so that the reps the athlete does with us directly translate to the court.

Group vs Individual

We offer both individual workouts where it is just the athlete and the trainer working together or group workouts where a trainer works with a small group of 2-4.

Both workout styles are effective with individual workouts involving the athlete mastering their current skills and getting the opportunity to learn new, modern moves. Whilst group workouts allow athletes to hone and improve their current skills, often in a game-like 1-on-1 scenario.

Pricing

Individual Workouts include the price of the trainer, any equipment they bring are available to use and the court hire.

Workouts with our founder, Lachlan Hudson are $60

  • Please note that external representative players are charged $80.

Workouts with our new trainer Patrick start at $45
